True alignment requires a state of authenticity

Why you have to work on being more authentic in order to be truly aligned

Our world does not promote free thinking, vulnerability,
unconditional love, radical acceptance and true confidence.
So we must actually re-learn our connection to self and pure authenticity.

Being "authentic" means being the version of you that is not driven by
your familial and societal conditioning.
Someone who isn't constantly trying to: fit in, fulfill the expectations of others,
be perfect, be nice, be resilient, be successful, be attractive—be, be, be, be—everyone but yourself.

Attaining this level of authenticity requires honest reflection,
openness for change and healing on multiple levels.

When you are authentically aligned and empowered, your needs are met and
you also have much more love to give the world.

So self-love is not selfish at all—it’s essential!

You’ve been given this body, mind, and soul to care for. You are your own responsibility, your own guardian. You must take good care of yourself. Then, like on a plane, when your mask is on:
you are in a position to be there for others too. (If you wish)
So for those people pleasers out there, remember: you can't pour from an empty cup.

The more you peel away the layers of conditioning and heal, the more you will feel
good and free within yourself. Everything just starts to make sense, you feel more joy,

things start to fall into place, theres balance, flow, harmony, truth and it just aligns with your highest self.

We need more authenticity in this world. More people being in a state of love.
Less generational trauma. Less wounded people hurting others.

So let's get started shall we?!
