Assistants or guest facilitators may access relevant client data solely to deliver services. They are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.

Where required, we maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all service providers who handle your data on our behalf.

In case of medical or psychological emergencies, or if legally required, we may share personal information with emergency responders, doctors, or legal authorities.

Participants in retreats or altered-state sessions must disclose:
